Strawberry Apple Cooler
1 ½ apple, peeled, cored and roughly chopped
Juice of 3 oranges
1 cup strawberry, hulled
sugar, to taste
Slices of apple
Put apple and strawberries in a food processor. Pour in orange juice and blitz until smooth. Taste and sweeten with sugar, if needed.
Pour into glasses, decorate with sliced apples and serve immediately.
For a summer cooler, serve in chilled glasses with ice cubes.
