Count your blessings |
Conundrum: Half full or half empty..? |
Conundrum: Half full or
half empty? Or totally empty?
Translated to — are you
an optimist or a pessimist.
Why don't we look at the
empty glass with optimism and excitement? Because, we are given an opportunity. An opportunity to fill it up with what’s important. Similarly, why don't we let go of regrets—the things that rent too much space in our heart and mind—and look at the half
full glass with gratitude. Yes, let us count our blessings; be thankful. For life is precious.
“When you change the way
you look at things, the things you look at change.” True.
Optimism is key to
happiness. Even if you have fewer
friends, be thankful, because those are the only ones you need. The only ones who count. To lift your
spirits, to inspire you, to empower
you. Give them a chance, you’ll be surprised.
Note: I used a rock and roll silicone ice cube tray for these fancy guitar ice cubes. You can find the drink recipe here.

ReplyDelete"Why don't we look at the empty glass with optimism and excitement because we are given an opportunity." So true! Moreover,an empty glass means that things cannot get anymore worse - Now,one needs to be optimistic and wait for the glass to get filled. That is,wait for life to take a turn for the better.
